As a teacher and a student, Dana is enamored by how yoga can bring people closer to themselves—how it can bring clarity to the mind, move energy around, and evoke a desire to be a better human on this planet.
She found her daily practice ~10 years ago when she used it as a form of meditation, self-reflection, and therapy. Today, Dana uses her practice and teachings to access and share peace and to challenge her body and mind. Her most fulfilled days include taking a class—and teaching one.
Her classes pull inspiration from Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Katonah. Energized by yogic traditions and philosophy, Dana is eager to continue learning and teaching the practice.
She is excited, humbled, and honored by the opportunity to guide others.
